As a photographer the reality is that when you show up for an engagement portrait session, or a wedding for that matter you never really know what to expect. My main suggestion for an engagement portrait session is always to make it personal and I am really just happy to show up and create some images of you being you! So when I met Roberta & Matt for their engagement Portraits I was so excited to see Roberta holding Lily, their big fluffy white puppy and then Matt rocked up in his gorgeous old blue ute (that he was given for his 18th and has been in his family since day dot) - clearly they had listened! Plus they had their beautiful daughter Darcy and a a bunch of vintage style flowers, because Roberta is a florist of course! And last but not least Nana was on hand to be chief puppy and toddler wrangler (thanks Nanna!) It was a beautiful day!
Rebecca and Ian's wedding day was really perfect - blue skies, gentle breeze and gorgeous sunlight! Their children, family and friends all celebrated and supported their love with a stylish, simple beach ceremony on Marcoola Beach - Perfect!
Maleny Wedding Photographer | House of Laurels | Maleny, QLD
Happy is the best word for Donna and Grant's Wedding. Because despite being beautiful, elegant and stylish - 'happy' bubbled to the top all day and night. Held at the gorgeous House of Laurels Maleny their ceremony and reception was a celebration of how madly in love these two are and how much they are both loved by their family and friends with many of their guests travelling from overseas to celebrate this magical wedding. Live music, laughter and love filled the air and guests danced the night away.
(Congrats Donna & Grant! I just hope these images take you there again. Karen x)
